About Us

Molly Brazil is the founder and owner of Brazil Family Law, serving Winston-Salem and the surrounding areas, she graduated from Appalachian State University and the Elon University School of Law, where the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers recognized her for leadership in family law. Her peers have recognized her rising star status with 2023 Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch,” Lawyers of Distinction Featured Attorney, and Super Lawyers Rising Star nominations. In 2021, she authored materials for and presented at the National Business Institute’s Legal Ethics seminar.
