Hannah Brown

Hannah Brown is a family law attorney committed to helping families navigate difficult transitions with clarity and compassion.

A Winston-Salem native, Hannah returned to her hometown after earning her undergraduate degree from Wofford College, and her law degree from Campbell University School of Law. While in law school, she competed on the American Bar Association Client Counseling team, placing third overall in the Southeast Region. Through this experience, Hannah developed client counseling skills grounded in empathy, clarity, and practical problem-solving.

Hannah developed a passion for working with children and families after her first year of law school, when she interned at The Children’s Law Center in Winston-Salem. There, she saw firsthand the challenges faced by children exposed to domestic violence, substance abuse, and high-conflict environments, but also the meaningful difference that steady guidance and effective advocacy can make in helping families move forward. Hannah decided to pursue family law.

More recently, Hannah worked with students in the Wake County Public School System facing academic challenges and involvement in the juvenile justice system, advocating for their educational rights and assisting their families in securing their student an individualized education program (IEP).

Hannah understands the intimidation and uncertainty that often accompany family law matters. Hannah is committed to being approachable and available to her clients and takes the time to explain the legal process in clear terms in order to guide her clients toward solutions that support their family’s long-term wellbeing.
