Meet Molly Brazil

Molly Brazil is the founder and owner of Brazil Family Law, a family law firm serving clients throughout the North Carolina Triad. She focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters, including child custody, child support, equitable distribution, spousal support and alimony, adoptions, name changes, and separation and marital settlement agreements.

Molly has built her career on helping individuals and families move through difficult transitions with clarity, preparation, and practical guidance.
